There has been so many complaints that google play users had found it stressful and difficult to perform certain functions as regarding applications due to error code 963 feedback.
Most a times we try to install/download or update an application from Google play store but when in the process of working it out you get an error message which is "can't download app" ....error code : 963. We will learn how to fix it together.

» If that error comes up during the update of an app, kindly uninstall and install that same app back.

How To Fix Play Store Error 963 :
First Method :
The error you got might be due to subsequent updates on play store. What you will do is to uninstall subsequent updates. I hope this will resolve this problem.
To fix this follow the steps below :
- Enter your phone menu » settings » scroll to app section and locate Google play store.
- After locating Google play store in apps » click on uninstall updates.
- After a successful installation, » Reboot your device(phone).
- The problem should be solved by now, go back to Google play store and download or update whatever you wanted.
Second Method :
Uncleared caches and data.
To fix this follow the steps below :
- To clean up caches and data » goto settings and goto applications » locate Google play store » scroll down to "clear caches and data".
- Almost done. Goto the Google play store app in menu and » try downloading or updating whatever you wanted.
Third Method :
In this method, we will unmount external SD card.
So that the position of your applications will be remodified.
To fix this follow the steps below :
- Enter your settings » scroll downward and tap on storage option.
- Scroll downward and click on unmount SD card options.
- Unmounting will start. When successfully done » goto your Google play store app in menu and download or update whatever you wanted.
- After downloading or updating whatever you wanted » go back to that same card storage and remounted it back.
- Then, You Are Dine!!!.
Which ever way , the first solution sentence explained above or one of the three methods listed and will work.
